This 4.6-meter model will enter the domestic market shortly with a mixed range of over 1,000 km. The domestic name of this vehicle is iCar V25. Chery launched iCar in China as an off-road brand aimed at young buyers. Later, the Wuhu-based automaker launched the iCar globally under the iCaur name. Its current model line in the foreign markets includes the V23 small electric SUV and the V27 mid-size EREV off-roader. Soon, the third model under the iCaur brand will join the lineup. It aligns with the entry-level V23 SUV. It has a narrow dashboard with a large touchscreen, an LCD instrument cluster, three air vents, and a block of physical controls. The gear shifter sits behind the steering wheel. The center tunnel of the iCaur V25 has two wireless phone chargers and a pair of cup holders. Another highlight of the iCaur V25 is a roomy compartment under the center tunnel with three charging ports. The car’s seats are wrapped in leatherette. The V25 has two rows of seats with a 2+3 layout. It has sturdy door cards. It was previously revealed that the iCaur V25’s curb weight lies between 2,117 and 2,240 kg, depending on the powertrain option. The V25 has a tow hook with a towing capacity of 1,800 kg. This model adopts circular headlights, large bumpers, semi-hidden door handles, and a storage box in the rear door. The V25 rides on 19- or 21-inch rims. Its approach and departure angles are 28 and 24 degrees, respectively. The iCaur V25 utilizes a 1.5-liter engine for 115 kW (154 hp). This ICE doesn’t transfer any torque to the wheels, sending power to electric motors and a battery. According to the Chinese Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT), the iCaur V25 adopts a 33.67 LFP battery for 145-150 km of range, depending on the drive type. The mixed range is over 1,000 km. There is no information about the V25’s electric motors. According to China EV DataTracker, iCaur delivered 24,944 units from January to June 2026 in China, down 37% Year-Over-Year. The brand sold 5,032 cars last month, 27.3% down Y-O-Y.
