This model previously began domestic presales at 319,800 yuan (47,580 USD). On August 24, Denza officially shared that the Z9S sedan arrived at 101 stores in China. The highest number of showrooms with the displayed Denza Z9S was registered in Jiangsu Province, with 16 stores. This number includes five dealers in Nanjing. Photos shared online indicate that the Denza Z9S arrived at dealers in several body color options, including purple and black. This high-end model aligns with the brand’s latest design language. It adopts sharp DRLs and headlights integrated into the front bumper. Other features of the Z9S include a LiDAR sensor on the roof, semi-hidden door handles, and two elongated taillight units. Its dashboard features a 17.3-inch center screen, a 13.2-inch LCD instrument cluster, and a 50-inch head-up display. The gear shifter sits behind the D-shaped steering wheel. The center tunnel has a block of physical buttons, two wireless phone chargers, two cup holders, and a built-in fridge. Front seats of the Z9S offer heating, ventilation, and massage functions. Rear seats are only heated and ventilated. The Denza Z9S boasts dimensions of 5090/1980/1490 mm and a wheelbase of 3,025 mm. Its trunk offers a capacity of 470 liters. There is also a front trunk with a volume of 120 liters. Two other benefits of the Z9S include dual-chamber air suspension and rear-wheel steering with a maximum turning angle for the rear wheels of 5 degrees. The vehicle also features the DiPilot 300 (“God’s Eye B”) assisted driving system capable of the Navigate On Autopilot (NOA) function on urban roads and highways. The Denza Z9S sedan at a dealer The entry-level Denza Z9S offers a single electric motor on the rear axle for 370 kW (496 hp). It is paired with two battery options for 102.3 kWh and 122.5 kWh. As a result, this high-end sedan can drive up to 920 – 1,100 km of range under CLTC conditions. There is also a tri-motor variant of the Z9S. It offers a peak power output of 890 kW (1,193 hp). It speeds up to 100 km/h in 2.68 seconds and has a CLTC range of 780 km, thanks to a 102.3 kWh battery. The Z9S supports flash charging technology, charging from 10% to 97% in nine minutes. The Denza Z9S is available for pre-sales in China within a price range of 319,800 – 389,800 yuan (47,580 – 58,010 USD). It will enter the domestic market shortly.
