It addresses the industry's shift toward "software-defined vehicles," balancing cost control, functional safety, performance, and scalability.As a critical component of this transition, the smart front-view solution powers core functions like object detection and collision avoidance. That demands a platform capable of high-performance AI processing with deterministic behavior and real-time latency.Both companies bring deep experience in ADAS. Axera ranks among China's key semiconductor suppliers for Level 2 assisted driving, while QNX technology has long underpinned safety systems across most global OEMs.Building on this partnership, QNX plans to release a version of its SDP 8.0 platform tailored to Axera's flagship high-performance smart driving SoC.
