The first few, aka teaser, images of the upcoming EV by Gemotery are here. The small all-electric crossover will be called “E” after the Chinese automaker changed the plans of going ahead with the name Thunder Tiger, as reported by CarNewsChina. Standing 4,006 mm long, 1,765 mm wide, and 1,550 mm tall, the un-pretentious small crossover boasts a wheelbase of 2,485 mm.
There’s no doubt about the fact that the Geometry E stands apart, and the EV is sure to turn the heads once it hits the roads. On the front, the E flaunts a split headlamp setup with a full-width LED bar up top. A muscular blacked-out lip completes the front end of the crossover. A simple lower apron, along with slim tail lights that flow throughout the width of the car before ending on the corners of the E, a creased section on the tailgate links the clusters, a protruded roof spoiler, and an elongated Geometry text on the tailgate make for the rear end of the E.
The side profile of the Geometry E flaunts some sharp cuts and creases. A small glass on the A-pillar is also there to help increase the visibility and reduce the blind spot. The teaser images show that the charging point is located on the front left fender. Other eye-grabbing tids and bits include machine cut alloys and secondary colour accents on the ORVMs, door handles, and at the bottom of the rear doors.
Speaking of the platform, the Geometry E is based on the existing B-segment Geely Vision X3, which has been around since 2017. Powering the E is a single electric motor capable of churning out 81PS of maximum power. This powertrain can take the E to a top speed of 121 kmph.
The Geometry E will make its public debut at the Beijing Auto Show in April and will hit the Chinese car market soon after.
