This is the first time the aftermarket tuner has used a Porsche 911 Turbo S Cabriolet as a canvas and in typical fashion, it includes subtle exterior tweaks, a custom interior and considerable performance upgrades.
Considering it was designed for true high-speed enthusiasts, the Brabus 820 churns out 603 kW (or 820 hp for its namesake) and 950 N.m from the 3,8-litre twin-turbocharged flat-six engine. This is compliments of newly developed turbochargers that enable the powertrain, which is mated to a eight-speed double-clutch transmission, to catapult the car to 100 km/h time in 2,5 seconds.
The exterior reimagines the signature Brabus “Black and Bold” design language while retaining the 1-Second-Wow factor in its details. Exposed carbon elements line the extremities of the bodywork which includes a front fascia insert, front spoiler and side flaps mounted in front of the rear wheels. This dark carbon fibre weave is further complimented by 22/21-inch Monoblock Z “Platinum Edition” forged wheels which are finished in a “Signature Black” finish.
The wheels are connected to the dynamic chassis via newly developed and adjustable sports springs which can adjust the ride height by as much as 25 mm, improving the driving dynamics by a lower centre of gravity.
The interior is lined with a bespoke and fully handcrafted Brabus Masterpiece interior to match its exterior. Black leather dominates the surfaces with the Brabus crest pattern contrasting over red piping and perforations on the seats. Carbon fibre elements can also be found in the interior with details along the centre console.
If this still isn’t plush enough for buyers, the Mercedes-Maybach GLS based Brabus 900 might be a more suitable alternative.
