Aston Martin won't be the only automaker with fancy residences in the upmarket town.
The luxury automotive space is evolving. No longer can manufacturers stick to simply offering cars. These days, the world's top brands all seem to offer bespoke customization programs that sometimes offer a little too much scope for personalization. But that's still not enough. The latest trend has seen a number of automakers enter the NFT space, but even so, there's a lot more for these marques to exploit. Aston Martin recently revealed that it is developing luxury apartments in Miami, and now it will be joined in the image-conscious city by compatriot Bentley. The Crewe-based brand has just announced the official launch of the sales gallery for Bentley Residences Miami, the first Bentley-branded residential tower in the world.
The apartment building comes as part of a collaboration with Dezer Development that will see luxury apartments built in Sunny Isles Beach in 2026. The 12,000-square-foot sales gallery will unveil this month to give potential buyers a taste of the “private beachfront enclave that will encompass a one-of-a-kind collection of 216 exquisitely finished residential units.” Each of these units will boast an individual balcony swimming pool, unobstructed views of the ocean, and seamlessly integrated floor-to-ceiling glass windows. To fully convey the feel of each apartment, the aforementioned sales gallery will house a full-size 6,000-foot model unit replica within. This, says Bentley, is the first sales gallery of its kind. Besides the replica unit, the sales gallery will also showcase a full-service kitchen with top-of-the-line Gaggenau appliances, a theater room, a lounge area, and a bar stocked with The Macallan's finest whisky.
Each unit has been built with car enthusiasts in mind and will include a multi-car garage and a Dezervator (a car elevator that allows occupants to stay within the vehicle during elevation and descension), making switching between your Continental GT and your Bentayga a pleasure. If you'd like to visit the sales gallery, Sunny Isles Beach is located on a barrier island in northeast Miami-Dade. Be warned: you'll need to bring a healthy deposit with you if buying is something you're seriously considering – each unit will start at $4.2 million, and we're sure that this sum can easily be doubled. Unfortunately, unlike Aston Martin, buying a residence here doesn't earn you a free car.
