The update is set to bring a new front end redesign, updated technologies and a different lineup strategy
Alfa Romeo has announced that it will update both its Giulia sedan and Stelvio SUV with a host of upgrades for 2023.
Along with a restyled front end, both models will receive a new 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster, as well as new Alfa connected services and over-the-air (OTA) updates.
Alfa Romeo is set to launch the facelifted Giulia and Stelvio models in Australia during the first half of 2023.

What’s new for both models for 2023?
Both the Giulia sedan and the Stelvio SUV will have refreshed front end designs, with each vehicle receiving new full-LED matrix headlight setup as well as a new ‘Trilobo’ grille. This will match the existing design language seen on the new Tonale small SUV.
Inside, both models will gain a new 12.3-inch digital drivers display that can be configured into three layouts: evolved, relaxed and heritage – evolved is a modern design, whereas relaxed is meant for comfort driving and heritage harks back to the past.

Alfa Romeo has also reworked its model lineup strategy and will now have Super, Sprint, Ti and Veloce trims for both models.
A special Competizione variant will sit just above the Veloce and will be set apart from the rest of the range thanks to its moon light grey matte paintwork, red brake calipers and large 21-inch wheels. Inside, the Competizione gains a Harmon Kardon speaker system as well as a leather-accented interior with red stitching.

What happened to the Giulia and Stelvio Quadrifoglio?
There has been no news about the future of the Quadrifoglio performance models, however there has been rumours that the next Giulia Quadrifolgio could go electric for a future generation.
The Giulia and Stelvio Quadrifoglio models remain on sale here in Australia and are both fitted with a 2.9-litre twin-turbocharged V6 engine making 375kW/600Nm.
