Yamaha R15 V4 and R15M

Yamaha has launched the fourth generation YZF R15 and the new R15M variant in India. The updated R15 V4 gets a new windscreen, a new fairing, and a LED headlight in between. It is also the first time the motorcycle gets upside-down forks at the front. The R15M variant, on the other hand, gets a bright silver paint scheme and blue-colored wheels. The fourth-generation model also gets a revised instrument cluster with a Bluetooth connectivity function.
Both the motorcycles are powered by a new 155cc, four-valve, single-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine that produces 18.4 Hp of peak power and 14.2 Nm of peak torque. The engine is paired to a six-speed gearbox, and it gets traction control and a quick shifter in some selected variants.
Bajaj Pulsar F 250

After a long wait, Bajaj Auto has finally rolled out the new generation of Pulsars recently in India. The new Pulsars F 250 underpin a new chassis and use a newly developed engine. The semi- faired F250 variant get a LED headlamp and integrated LED daytime running lamps. It features a split seat and a semi-digital instrument cluster.
The Pulsar F 250 uses a BS6 compliant 249cc, SOHC, oil-cooled engine that makes 24.5hp of peak power and 21.5Nm of peak torque. The engine is paired to a five-speed gearbox and gets a slip and assist clutch as standard now.
KTM RC 200
KTM has introduced the new generation RC 200 in India that gets an updated aerodynamic fairing and a few additional features this year

KTM has launched the new generation RC 200 in India finally this year. Design-wise it gets a new LED headlamp at the font that almost looks identical to the 390 Duke. It also gets a revised instrument cluster and a reasonable 13.7 litre fuel tank.
The RC 200 uses a BS6 compliant 199.5cc, liquid-cooled, single-cylinder, fuel-injected unit that produces 25 Hp of peak power and 19.2 Nm of peak torque.

Honda launched the middleweight fully-faired 2021 CBR650R in India. The updated motorcycle gets two color options – Grand Prix Red and Matte Gunpowder Black Metallic.
It features a LED lighting setup, LCD instrument cluster, and a side-swept exhaust. It uses a BS6-compliant, 648.72cc, inline four-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine that produces about 85.8bhp of peak power and 57.5Nm of peak torque. The engine is paired to a six-speed gearbox and gets a slipper and assist clutch as standard.
Aprilia RS 660

Aprilia has launched their middleweight faired sportsbike RS 660 in India recently. The motorcycle will be sold via the CBU route and is an expensive product compared to its rival. The RS660 uses a 659 cc, parallel-twin engine that produces about 100 Hp of peak power and 67 Nm of peak torque. The engine is paired to a six-speed gearbox.
Kawasaki Ninja ZX 10R
Price: Rs 15.14 lakh (ex-showroom) Launch Date: December 2021
Kawasaki has launched the 2022 Ninja ZX 10R after launching the 2021 variant of the same motorcycle in March. The motorcycle gets a new Metallic Diablo Black paint scheme but retains the overall design that we have seen on the 2021 ZX 10R. The motorcycle also features a 4.3-inch TFT instrument cluster that is Bluetooth enabled and can be paired to a Bluetooth Smartphone. It also features four different riding modes (Sport, Road, Rain, and Rider). The faired sportsbike gets a redesigned fairing that pays a lot of emphasis on the downforce.
The 998cc, inline liquid-cooled engine powering the 2022 ZX 10R produces about 200 Bhp of peak power 114 Nm of peak torque.
Ducati Panigale V4 SP

Ducati introduced the Panigale V4 SP in India this year which is a track-ready version of the Panigale S variant. The Panigale V4 SP gets forged magnesium wheels which are lighter by almost 1.4 kilograms than the forged aluminum wheels found on the V4 S variant. It also features a dry clutch and a lighter chain. Other noticeable features include aluminum footpegs, carbon-fiber wings, and carbon fiber footpegs. With all these additional changes, the V4 SP has a dry weight of 173 kilograms making it 1 kilogram lighter than the V4S model.
The Panigale V4 SP uses the same 1,103 cc V4 engine that powers the Panigale S as well. THis unit produces an impressive 214 hp of peak power and 124 Nm of peak torque.
BMW M1000 RR
Price: Rs 42 Lakh (ex-showroom) Launch Date: March 2021
BMW Motorrad launched their first M-division motorcycle in India. The BMW M 1000 RR is available in two variants – Standard and Competition. It is based on the S 1000 RR and thus shares most of its body parts with the former bike. However, the M variant features M winglets made of carbon fiber. It also features the M Sport livery.
The BMW M1000 RR sits at the top of the BMW Motorrad’s chain and uses the same 999cc engine that produces 212 hp (5 hp of more power than the standard variant) and 113 Nm of torque. The engine is paired to a six-speed gearbox and gets a slip and assist clutch as standard. The motorcycle also gets five ride modes – Rain, Road, Dynamic, Race, and Race Pro.
