Unfortunately, we here at Corvette Forum can’t really help you with any of them. But that doesn’t mean we can’t help you. It may not have been studied as rigorously as some of the other activities but listening to a Corvette exhaust clip can also improve your day. And that is something that we can absolutely help you with. We have been scouring various social media sites and pulled 7 Corvette exhaust shorts that we think will put a smile on your face.
This is not a ranking. We are not saying clip A sounds better than clip B. These are all terrific. 2 – C6 Grand Sport
Do you prefer a more traditional Corvette sound? How about this incredible 2013 C6 Corvette Grand Sport? An upgraded cam and a supercharger help it put out 700 horsepower. But even more impressive is the sound it makes. Good lord this thing sounds wicked. Turn up the speakers to improve your day.
3 – C6 Z06
Do you need more cammed C6 sounds in your life? Of course, you do. Give this C6 Corvette Z06 a listen and try not to smile. It is impossible. If you are considering buying an EV, this car will talk you out of it.
4 – Twin Turbo C8 and C8 Z06
We have a two for one clip for you this time. Emelia Hartford pits her twin turbo C8 Stingray against a C8 Z06 in a rev contest. This is a rare contest where there are no losers, only winners. The cars produce distinctly different sounds, but they are both highly satisfying.
5 – E-Ray
Behold the future of the Corvette. In this clip we get to see and hear a C8 E-Ray launch. You can clearly hear the space age sounds generated by the electric motors. But the traditional LT2 V8 sounds are also mixed in.
6 – C5 Corvette
From the newest Corvette on the list to the oldest. In this clip we get to hear a C5 Corvette do a hard pull on the highway. We are not sure exactly what work has been done to this car, but we love the results. The car is loud and proud to be sure.
7 – Fabspeed C8 Stingray
We started this list with a Fabspeed modified C8 and we end the list with a Fabspeed modified C8. This time it is a regular Stingray model with a cat back exhaust and some high flow cats. It sounds pretty damn good to us. Do you feel better now?
