In recent years, Tata Motors have gained a lot of traction in the Indian car market with its increased focus to build safer cars and aggressive product strategy. Now, it looks like the Indian carmaker is gearing up to launch 4 SUVs by the end of 2023.
Tata Nexon Facelift
The upcoming facelifted version of the Tata Nexon SUV has already been spotted testing a few times in the country. Along with new features, we expect this model to even come equipped with ADAS tech and updated powertrain options as well.
That being said, the upcoming facelifted version of the Tata Nexon is among the most awaited SUVs in India. On top of that, we also expect this model to be launched just ahead of the end of this year.
Tata Harrier Facelift
The upcoming facelifted version of the Tata Harrier SUV has been spied testing more than a few times now. Moreover, we expect this facelifted version of the SUV to be launched around October 2023.
That being said, the Tata Harrier facelift is expected to come with Level 2 ADAS and other advanced features along with a more powerful diesel engine. The SUV is also expected to come with a fully digital instrument cluster and a larger infotainment unit.
Tata Safari Facelift
We expect the facelifted version of the Tata Safari SUV to be launched along with the upcoming Tata Harrier facelift. On top of that, we also expect this upcoming 7-seater SYV to feature heavily revised front and rear sections along with an updated interior.
Apart from that, upgrades on the inside will include a fully digital instrument cluster and a larger touchscreen infotainment unit. Moreover, the Tata Safari facelift is also expected to come equipped with Level 2 ADAS and a more powerful diesel engine.
Tata Punch EV
The Tata Punch SUV turned out to be a very successful product for Tata Motors in India. Now, the automaker is developing an electric version of the SUV, and this model is said to be launched ahead of the end of this year.
When launched, the Tata Punch EV will directly compete against the Citroen eC3 electric hatchback in India. As such, we expect the upcoming Tata Punch EV to have a certified range of around 300 kilometres.
Thoughts About Upcoming SUVs From Tata Motors
Tata Motors already has a very strong product portfolio. Also, we expect the launch of these upcoming SUVs to significantly improve the overall sales figures of the automaker by attracting more potential customers to the dealerships across the country.
