There are few luxury SUVs on the market that can blend performance and prestige really well, and the 2022 Jaguar F-Pace S is one of them. We got to spend some time in the F-Pace and came away impressed with its interior quality, potent engine, and sophisticated looks. There’s plenty to like about the F-Pace, but here are four features that really stood out.
1. The Meridian premium audio system sounds sublime

We experience a lot of different sound systems in the cars we test – from Bose to JBL. The 2022 Jaguar F-Pace we tested came with a Meridian premium audio system that was among the best we have ever heard. The system is comprised of 20 different speakers situated in different parts of the car’s interior to produce 825 watts of sound.
We will say that the system sounds sublime as all of the high and low frequencies of every song can be heard. There wasn’t even any need to adjust the treble and bass settings like we have to do in some cars. If you have never heard of the Meridian sound system, you’ll have to listen to it to believe it.
2. The Jaguar F-Pace S has a supercharged and turbocharged engine

Although we detected a little hesitation upon initial acceleration, we really enjoyed the F-Pace’s supercharged and turbocharged 3.0-liter inline-six engine. The engine puts out 335 hp and 354 lb-ft of torque, which is enough to motivate the luxury SUV to highway speeds quickly and efficiently.
There’s plenty of torque throughout the powerband for passing and going uphill, and we would recommend this engine to anyone looking to purchase an F-Pace. Also, we like the fact that it’s both supercharged and turbocharged, as that’s a rarity in this segment.
3. The F-Pace’s interior is comfortable and fancy

Considering the F-Pace is a luxury SUV, it should feel comfortable and fancy. However, we especially liked the Jaguar’s sleek interior layout and classic feel. The PIVI Pro infotainment system was easy to use and connected to wireless Apple Carplay seamlessly. The car’s Caraway Windsor seats were comfortable and even came with a massage function, which is an added plus for any car.
4. We like the F-Pace’s subtly sleek exterior aesthetics

Some may like the Jaguar F-Pace’s looks while others may not. We happen to think that the F-Pace has a subtly simple look to it that’s not too obtrusive like others in the segment. The car’s clean lines and bold hood make an imposing statement, and overall, the look should prove timeless for years to come.
Our favorite Jaguar F-Pace features
While there are plenty of features and parts of the 2022 Jaguar F-Pace that make it stand out amongst its competitors, these four were our favorite. In our opinion, every luxury car should have a comfortable interior, a powerful and smooth engine, and a sweet-sound audio system to wrap its occupants in the most opulence possible. Fortunately, the F-Pace shines in all of those departments, which is not too common.
