2023 Hyundai Verna N Line Render
For its 4th iterative update, Hyundai Verna has grown longer and wider, carving in a lot more space than its predecessor did. The sedan has been launched in India starting from Rs. 10.9 lakh for the base EX trim with 1.5L MPi MT powertrain combo and goes till Rs. 17.38 lakh for top-spec SX (O) with 1.5L GDi CDT powertrain combo (both prices ex-sh and introductory).
Like with other popular vehicles in Hyundai’s portfolio, there might be an N Line version of Verna in the near future. We’re talking about a sportier version of Verna with subtle and playful red elements to spruce up the looks. Automotive rendering artist Pratyush Rout has penned down his imagination and rendered new Verna N Line. Let’s take a look.

New Verna N Line – Sportier Design, Red Accents
An N Line version of Verna might be more important for Hyundai than one might think. We say this because Verna’s new design language has split opinions. It is a mix and match of design elements from other Hyundai cars and not a cohesive one at that.
For starters, the side profile looks starkly similar to the global Elantra / i30 sedan, while the front is taken straight off the recently facelifted Aura. Because Aura has conventional headlight placement, the lower bumper elements look like inverted saber teeth of a prowling big cat. On Verna, headlight positioning is below its DRLs and it just looks alienist in its approach.

A new Verna N Line, with sporty red elements might act as a ‘nazar battu’ for the car’s design in hiding the above-mentioned analogy. Our render has removed those lower bumper elements and in that place are sporty and fuller elements that look more cohesive than stock.

These even jut out from the bumper slightly and have elements at extreme ends that match with its C-pillar plastic elements. Red elements are present subtly at the front and rear bumper and side skirts. There is an N Line badging in its front fender. New swanky alloy wheels are straight out of the N Line version of the Elantra / i30 sedan sold globally with N branding instead of Hyundai’s.
Specs & Features
Other interesting elements with new Verna N Line are red brake calipers with N branding at both front and rear, an N badging in front grille, a free-standing spoiler at the rear and blacked-out ORVMs. Our render has deleted turn indicators in front bumpers below its headlights completely. With outer elements of its wide LED light bar, doubling up as new blinkers.

Hyundai’s 1.5L GDi turbo-petrol will be the sole powertrain option with this vehicle. It develops 160 PS of power and 253 Nm of torque. Mated to a 6-speed MT or a 7-speed DCT, new Verna N Line will be capable of hitting 100 km/h in 8.1 seconds. Staying true with other N Line models, Hyundai will offer it a throatier exhaust, stiffened suspension, black and red interior with red ambient lighting, red stitching on seats and other sporty elements.
