For the Ram 1500, engine options include a 3.6-liter V-6 (305 hp/269 lb-ft), 5.7-liter V-8 (395 hp/410 lb-ft), and 3.0-liter V-6 diesel (260 hp/480 lb-ft). Like the F-150, the Ram 1500 has a powerful off-roader with the TRX, which is powered by a supercharged 6.2-liter V-8 (702 hp/650 lb-ft). However, while an all-electric Ram truck is in the works, it’s not available for the 2023 model year.

In terms of driving dynamics, the Ram 1500 has the advantage. It provides better handling and a smoother ride than the F-150, as detailed by Car and Driver.
