The 2021 Alfa Romeo Giulia is on sale in Australia with more standard equipment, a reshuffled lineup and according to Alfa Romeo Australia, improved value. Now opening with the Giulia Sport, the 2021 Alfa Romeo Giulia lineup starts at $63,950 plus on-road costs.

“The MY21 Alfa Romeo Giulia range sets a new standard for design and represents a superb value proposition in the segment, with outstanding performance, iconic Italian design and craftsmanship, paired with the technology and safety features Australian’s have come to expect,” Drelon continued.
New to the lineup and replacing the former base Giulia – called just Giulia – the new Giulia Sport includes a lot more standard equipment, including 19-inch alloy wheels, a new 8.8-inch touchscreen with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, wireless phone charging, rear privacy glass and leather upholstery with heated and electric front seats.
That’s in addition to bi-xenon headlamps with LED daytime running lights, keyless entry and start, satellite navigation, dual-zone climate control, auto lights and wipers, rear parking sensors and a reverse parking camera with dynamic gridlines.
The $63,950 Giulia Sport is powered by a 147kW/330Nm 2.0-litre turbo petrol engine, which makes the car capable of a 6.6 second 0-100km/h sprint and combined fuel economy of just 6.0L/100km.
Active safety equipment for the whole 2021 Giulia range has been significantly improved with traffic sign recognition, adaptive cruise control, auto high beam, blind-spot monitoring, highway assist, lane keep assist, driver attention monitoring and traffic jam assist are now standard in addition to auto emergency braking.
Optional for the Sport includes $1,355 metallic paint, the $2,955 Lusso Pack with active suspension, a Harman Kardon sound system and ambient lighting and a $2,255 dual-pane panoramic sunroof.
The mid-spec $71,450 Giulia Veloce adds a 206kW/400Nm tune of the same 2.0L turbo engine, active damping, a limited-slip rear differential, bending headlights, stitched leather dashboard trims, ambient lighting, heated rear seats and memory functionality for the electric driver’s seat.
Optional on the Veloce is $1,355 metallic paint, $2,755 tri-coat paint, a $1,255 Harman Kardon sound system, a $2,255 panoramic roof and $755 brake callipers painted in either yellow or black.
The $138,950 Giulia Quadrifoglio then adds a 375kW 2.9-litre twin-turbo V6 engine, carbon fibre exterior trims, leather and alcantara seats, a Harman Kardon sound system, a sports exhaust system and various upgrades to the car’s drivetrain.
Optional equipment for the Quadrifoglio includes $1,800 metallic paint, $3,650 tri-coat paint, $1,150 dark alloy wheels, $1,000 yellow or black painted brake callipers, $13,500 carbon ceramic brakes and $8,250 Sparco carbon fibre seats.
